Overseeing the projects and working hours of workers
KWorker is a complex system designed for managing employees as well as their attendences, designed for labour agencies, companies recruiting employees (not only seasonal) as well as for every company that wants to control and monitor the work of their employeed personel.
The software consists of two parts:
Website panel for managing employees and their projects.
This is a system for controlling the working time with a card reader.
Thanks to the web based solution the administrator can add work instructions (e.g. strawberry picking, building a ship at a shipyard, building a house), towards which recruiters ( employment agencies, people responsible for searching for workers) search and assign qualified people. All the information about the workers, their documents as well as the attendence can be found in one system.
The system is an ideal solution designed for controling work hours of the employees as well as the time spent on a given task in the company.
There are three times of users:
The system possesses all the information about the employee, their documents and lots of other information.
The users add the information by themselves, which are automaticly added to the system e.g. questionnaire, employment contract, Bank agreement, accommodation etc.
Precise data concerning the working hours of the employees.
